Where we deliver

We deliver only within Lucknow, in the zones listed on our delivery areas page. If your pincode is not serviceable yet, you can join the waitlist and we will notify you when we reach your area.

Delivery timing

Each zone has its own delivery promise — for example, same-day evening delivery for orders placed before the zone's cutoff time, or next-morning delivery for outer zones. The promise for your zone is shown when you check your pincode and again at checkout.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees vary by zone and are shown before you place the order. Some zones offer free delivery above a minimum order value.

Cold chain

Dahi travels in insulated packaging from the farm to your door. Please refrigerate it on arrival and consume it within the period stated on the pack.

If a delivery fails

If we cannot deliver because the address is unreachable or nobody is available to receive the order, we will contact you on the phone number provided. Perishable items from a failed delivery may not be re-deliverable; see our cancellation & refund policy.
