What we do

• Milk is chilled within an hour of collection.
• Every batch is tested on a digital milk analyser before processing — measured, not assumed.
• Ghee and dahi are made in our automated plant at the farm.
• Packs are sealed at the farm and opened at your door.
• Delivery runs are planned so dahi reaches you the day it was set.

What we don't claim

We don't use words like "100% pure", "organic", "A2" or "certified", and we make no health or medical claims about our products. Claims like these need laboratory reports and licences behind them. When we have a batch tested, we will publish the actual report here — the lab name, the date, the PDF — not an adjective.
